Internet is no less treasure, I googled various websites, read a lot about the cuisine, gathered recipes, bought all the ingredients and ended up making a disaster!! Not once but thrice! Then it occurred to me, many people should be trying to learn Indian cooking as well. Since it's becoming quite popular all over the world. I am starting this new line. So this is my attempt to share my knowledge and explain it in step by step manner and keep it as simple as possible!!
